Moonocean Asia Delegation Visits Saudi Arabia to Advance Cooperation in Marine Tourism and Yacht Industry

From November 4 to 11, 2024,

a four-member delegation from Moonocean Asia Group, led by CEO Ms. Tina Woo and Board Director Ms. Nichole Soo,

conducted a business visit to Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the official invitation of local partners.

The visit focused on Saudi marine tourism development,

the export of China-built yachts and supply chain cooperation,

and collaborative investment in cultural tourism, further advancing China–Saudi strategic cooperation in the marine economy.

During the visit,

the delegation held official meetings with Prince Salman Bin Nasser, Princess Haifa, and Princess Norah,

engaging in constructive dialogue on Saudi Arabia’s marine tourism development roadmap, policy support for the yacht industry, and international partnership models.

The Saudi side expressed strong recognition of Moonocean   Asia’s expertise across the marine tourism and yacht industry value chain in China and Asia,

and conveyed positive intentions for future cooperation.

In Jeddah, the delegation conducted field visits to the Jeddah Yacht Club,

the Jeddah Old Port Marine Tourism Area, and key Red Sea coastal cultural tourism projects,

gaining insights into the current landscape of the marine tourism market, the investment environment, and development strategies.

Relevant Saudi organizations expressed strong interest in the export of China-built yachts, supply chain collaboration, and joint development of marine tourism destinations.

The delegation also met with Mr. Talal Bin Mansi, President of Ibn Mansi Group, Capt. Eng. Mohammad H. Mashat of the Arab Tourism Organization,

as well as several Saudi yacht-industry professionals, marine tourism developers, and investment institutions.

The parties engaged in pragmatic negotiations on yacht export implementation, supply chain deployment,

agency authorization, and integrated marine tourism development, reaching initial cooperation intentions.

This visit marks the official launch of Moonocean   Asia Group’s agency presence in Saudi Arabia.

The Group will continue to promote the entry of China’s yacht manufacturing, marine equipment technologies,

and cultural-tourism solutions into the Middle East market, injecting new momentum into bilateral cooperation in the marine economy.
